Candy Crowley is Veteran CNN correspondent and it is reported that Candy Crowley will be host of the network’s Sunday morning political talk show.
Crowley has replaced John King, who is leaving the show he started after one year. The reason why King is leaving the show is that he has a new weekday evening show which is expected to debut on CNN soon. It was Sunday when her appointment was announced. The hour-long show airs at 9 a.m. ET, and is repeated with updates three hours later.
Since 1987 Crowley has been with CNN. She has covered all but one of the national political conventions since the nomination of Jimmy Carter in 1976. For more news in the US check back again later.
She will be the single woman among the Sunday morning public affairs hosts, joining NBC’s David Gregory, CBS’ Bob Schieffer and Fox’s Chris Wallace. ABC is in the process of finding a replacement for George Stephanopoulos (stehf-uh-NAHP’-uh-luhs ), who has taken over at “Good Morning America.”

News in the US: It was Friday night when Shark Tank was off to a sharktastic start with a pitch for a product called LipStix Remix.
The manufactured good, was invented by stay-at-home mom Jill Guilin at her kitchen table, which is a clever way to save money on lipstick. As Jill explained on her website, “The Original LipStix ReMix System includes a patent pending lipstick mold that provides an affordable and easy way to mix your lipstick and create a new professionally shaped lipstick in just minutes.”
It is quite easy to make a new lipstick as it involves Jill’s product, the microwave, and the freezer. The Lip Stix Remix set off a negotiation that ended with Jill getting the investment she hoped for but in replacement for 50 percent of her business.

Breaking entertainment news: It was recently said by Clinton Kelly that one of the worst dressed women ever to set foot on TLC is What Not To Wear appears on tonight’s episode.
She said ,”I generally lump the women on What Not To Wear into three different categories, “who has starred on the show for five years with Stacey London. “They’re either frumps, sluts or freaks. Crizti (Walsh, a disc jockey from Norfolk, Va.,) had a little bit of each one.”
Kelly said it was the 250th episode of the show and he has got one more year on his contract and he is not ready to go anywhere. “I’ll keep doing the show as long as they want me. I like it. Stacy and I have pretty much a belly laugh every day.”
Kelly has been working on another show all around the week on hiatus: Miss America: Behind the Curtain, which will be on aire tonight on TLC at 10, right after What Not To Wear. Prior this week, he pretended that he was a contestant on the show.
“It was fun to have Rush Limbaugh firing questions at me. And Vivica Fox! She’s more intimidating than Rush,” he stated. “She’s beautiful and intense – that’s a scary combination.”

Celebrity latest news: : It is reported by some sources that now Jennifer Anniston has turned so desperate to find the right guy that she is even willing to pay huge sum of money for that. According to the sources the former Mrs. Brad Pitt is willing to pay six figure money to the top match making agency Kelleher International who did the match making job for stars like Paula Abdul.
The stance appears to be a desperate one. One needs to ask ourselves that is this freedom what we all look and crying for. I mean look at her, she has every thing; the looks, the appeal, the money, the status and still she wants to be in chains. Human being is a weird species, when some one tries to put him/her in some sort of bond he/she feels it like a tight chain around his/her neck and when is having the flight of freedom he/she starts looking for some chain to hold her/him.
“Jen is desperate to finally hook up with a man who will be faithful and true to her,� News.com.au quoted an insider as saying.

Local breaking news: J.D. Salinger, 20th century American author has passed away leaving behind his writings for this immortal world. He was best known in 1951 for his novel “The Catcher in the Rye”. J.D Salinger died on Wednesday 27th January 2010 at his home in rural Cornish, N.H. His age was 91. Mr. J.D. Salinger died of natural causes Wednesday, his son, Matt, said in a statement from Harold Ober Associates.
“Despite having broken his hip in May,’’ agency officials stated, Mr. Salinger’s “health had been excellent until a rather sudden decline after the new year. He was not in any pain before or at the time of his death.
J.D Salinger was once considered rebellious, in his ironic, quiet, tweedy way, the sort of guy who stands in a corner for the whole party and then goes home with the most beautiful girl there. Jerome David “J. D.” Salinger was born on January 1, 1919 .His last original published work was in 1965 in the New Yorker. He gave his last interview in 1980. ‘Live for the Moment‘ is a new show hosted by Jeff Probst who is pulling double duty for CBS while hosting this show (in addition to ‘Survivor’). The purpose of this show is to live each day to the fullest and learn from all past experiences. Individuals are challenged to change their lives for the better. Live for the Moment tells the story of someone who has experienced a life-changing event that inspired them to change how they live their life. The show send performers on a series of adventures which offer major thrills and life lessons on how to live a bigger, better life.
Each week the show features someone different. The pilot episode features Roger Childs, a husband and father of two from Denver who has been diagnosed with ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. It’s a daunting diagnosis, but when you see how it has inspired Roger to live his life you’ll be blown away.
Future episodes might feature someone who survived a plane crash, or a former athlete that was paralyzed. It’s all about people who have come to realize that life truly is short and we should all be enjoying our days as much as we can!

Rob Reiner has created films that win both audience enthusiasm and critical applause. As a filmmaker he has been absorbed in the entertainment business for much of his life succeeding first as an actor and then as a director and producer.
He performed in many television and feature productions (including his Emmy-winning work as a star of the long-running hit television series “All in the Family�) before finding success as a director with the acclaimed “rockumentary” comedy “This is Spinal Tap in 1984�. Rob Reiner followed with the road comedy “The Sure Thing� and the adaptation of Stephen King’s youth adventure “Stand by me�. The latter film brought him his first nomination as Best Director from the Directors Guild of America.
Robert Norman “Rob” Reiner was born in The Bronx, New York on March 6, 1947 and is the son of Estelle Reiner, an actress, and Carl Reiner, a comedian, actor, writer, producer, and director. He is an American director, producer, writer, and political activist. As an actor, Reiner first came to national prominence as “Archie” and “Edith Bunker’s” (played by Carroll O’Connor and Jean Stapleton, respectively) son-in-law, Michael “Meathead” Stivic, on All in the Family. That role earned him two Emmy Awards during the 1970s.
