According to news reporters just recently the previous Disney tween appeared in Madrid to promote her latest single, “Can’t Be Tamed.”
She was wearing a fashion-forward dichromatic collection which would have appeared just perfect at place on the likes of Rihanna.
Cyrus used her Proenza Schouler tank top with high-waist black pants while she paired an intricate Blisslau bracelet which ran from her elbow down to her wrist.
