The health and nutrition experts reveal that our body can get more advantage with short and rigorous bursts of exercises lasting for ten minutes than it can from the ten hours of temperate training.
The experts said that this technique is convenient in all respects; it takes less time and involves less physical effort. Therefore, it is good news for those who are preoccupied with the shape of their body and are all the time working to make it look attractive. One should realize that this short timed burst of exercise is better than several hours of training.
The health nutrition concepts are now changed because previously people use to have a notion that burning calories through exercise and keeping body in shape is a time consuming matter.
This technique includes running or cycling at approximately utmost effort for a minute and then taking rest for the other minute before you repeat the procedure about 10 times. In the experiments, the participants rode an exercise bike in time lasting just one minute whilst peddling rigorously to reach to their maximum heart beat. The results afterwards opened up that their muscles had improved as much as if they had been taking trainings.
