Poor sleep… step towards migraines

The disease symptoms research workers have told the news reporters that according to new study, lack of sleep and poor sleep habits are a step towards activating migraines or making intermittent migraines become frequent and continuous. The new study has thus found a relationship between sleep and headaches. Sleep-Heart-Attack

The experiments were carried on rats, revealed the news reporters. The rats, which were deprived of REM sleep, presented alteration in the key proteins that control and activate intense aches.
According to disease symptoms and brain diseases experts, the rats deprived of sleep had following alterations in the protein levels:
1. The proteins that rouse the nervous system were secreted in high levels
2. The proteins that slow down the nervous system were secreted in low levels.

According to disease prevention news reporters of worldwide news, the above-mentioned experiments opened up the facts that lack of sleep is a stressful situation in which the proteins that arouse the nervous system are produced in great levels that cause intense headaches.

The surveys also showed that people complaining of headaches were noticed to have sleep disturbances or sleep abnormalities. Migraines are the most common problems found in people with disturbed sleep habbits.
