What is Easter? The Easter Sunday date differs all around the world. The reason for this varying date of Easter Sunday is that it is calculated using a lunar calendar. The first Sunday that comes after the first full moon on or after the March equinox is the Easter Sunday. The religion of Christianity celebrates this day as they recall it a day when Jesus Christ was resurrected. In other words it was the Eater Sunday when Jesus Christ was resurrected.
This day is celebrated by decorating eggs and sharing sweets eggs like chocolate eggs with friends and near ones.
What do people do on Easter?
It is the Easter Sunday when several churches all around the world and in US hold special services. The purpose of this day is to remember the day a celebrate the day when Jesus Christ was resurrected after his crucifixion. People decorate different eggs. So in other words it is a day to celebrate the resurrection.
How hard eggs are made on Easter Sunday
The decorating of the eggs is a way to celebrate Easter and many people boil the eggs hard before decorating them. These eggs are boiled for 5 to 8 minutes in tap water. They turn hard and afterwards re decorated. They are boiled hard so that they do not break while they decorate them. Moreover you can eat them later too.

These days one can also find a number of model eggs that are used and made on Easter Sunday. Model eggs are made of plastic, chocolate, sweets and other materials.

It is a kind of custom to organize Easter egg hunts on Easter. Eggs of different kinds like rabbit or hare are hidden. People and children are asked to search them. In some res of united sates Easter egg hunts are a famous method for local business to market themselves.
Public life on Easter Sunday in US
