Friendship day – Reinventing the meaning of Friendship as to the world needs to learn tolerance

Friendship day 2011 is almost here. Friendship day is not only for friends but it has a broader meaning. Nations can be friends, neighbors can be friends and above all friendship day can have a better purpose to sever than just exchanging cards between best friends.
Do not kill with guns today; tomorrow nature will not kill you with tornados
Today when the world has turned intolerant where it does acts in a diplomatic way yet holding knives in their pockets needs to learn that the world is too small. If today we would kill few hundred or thousands for our supremacy, tomorrow our people would also be killed by natural disasters. You see nature has a balance. This balance has to be kept and therefore today when we kill thousands for making world saver, it seems it actually does not get any saver. Yes, though we do make sure that we are not killed y guns but I guess nature knows how to balance.
In year 2011, we saw the most increased numbers of death toll in Afghanistan and Pakistan as a result of suicide bombings where thousands of innocent lives were taken consequently; we also saw the most devastating damages from tornadoes. Many would call it coincidence and yet certainly it is some coincidence but will it not be better to learn some lesson of good gesture and tolerance from these mere unwanted coincidences.
We call ourselves the civilized and developed world so let’s join hands on this friendship day and also act like some civilized people.
