PAPER X: INTERNATIONAL POLITICS OF MIDDLE EAST
Time Allowed: 04 Hours Maximum Marks: 100
Note: Attempt any Five questions. All questions carry equal marks.

1. The Slogan of Arab Nationalism is no more valid in Middle Eastern Politics. Comment.
2. Discuss analytically the significances of Middle East in the current International Relations.
3. Discuss the Important Settlements made at Camp David. How it impacted the Arab World.
4. Analyze the causes which were responsible for the outbreak of Iran – Iraq War of 1980. What were its implications
region?
5. Explain briefly the Palestinian problem. Why this problem is impediment in the way of peace in the region.
6. Write in detail the regional and international implications of the gulf war of 1991.
7. Write a comprehensive note on Civil War in Lebanon.
8. Analyze the causes which led to the US invasion over Iraq on March 20, 2003. Also examine its for reaching consequences on Middle East.
9. Give an account of current US Iran Nuclear Tension.
10. Critically examine US Foreign Policy towards Middle East since 9/11.
