20. One of the most popular tourist attractions was a restaurant named after Michael “Michael Jordan’s Restaurant” in Chicago, Illinois. It wasn’t owned by Michael; instead the rights to use his name were obtained by Joe and Gene Silverberg in 1990 who own Bigsby & Kruthers boutique. Around $6 million were spent to develop the restaurant. Michael assisted Joe and Gene with the décor job and the menu. He granted the rights because according to him, he needed a cool and a kind of place where he could bring his family and friends to dine with.
