December 27, 2009
Nawaz Sharif leader of Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) stated on Friday that no any seriousness is flaunted by the Government of Pakistan in tackling most essential matters being confronted by the country and its nation.
In his isolated meetings with Federal Minister for Railways Haji Ghulam Ahmed Bilour and Provincial advisor Ashfaq Sarwar, Nawaz Sharif stated “Government is not looking serious and committed in ensuring Parliament’s supremacy, restoration of Constitution as on October 12, 1999, implementation of Charter of Democracy, check on corruption, media freedom and over coming price hike in the country.
According to him the post-NRO decision statements of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leaders are ensuing into public angst and articulated the expectation that the Prime Minister would perform valuable task in putting into practice the old judgment of the apex court. He expressed the apex court’s decisions on NRO and mortgages set aside as get through in the course of ascendancy of Constitution and law as well as democracy’s power in the country and in proportion to the public desires.
As said by him completion on the Supreme Court decision would get better country’s standing and dissuade the crooked rudiments of the society. To him the negative attitude of the Government is the cause behind rapidly increasing issues of the country.
