Saturated fats are not the cause of heart diseases
March 3, 2010
News Worldwide — Media and the physicians regularly consider saturated fats that are mostly found in animal protein and dairy products. The current health news reveals that there is no link of consuming saturated fats with the development of heart diseases.

The health and nutrition experts have found that the intake of higher saturated fats does not cause heart attacks or strokes.
In the health nutrition the notion that ‘saturated fat intake creates heart problems’ is so common that anyone denying it is considered to be illiterate.
The current health news states that it is not the saturated fat that is the problem creator but the ‘trans fat’ that is the main cause of heart diseases and health and nutrition problems. Trans fats are mainly found in margarine, partly hydrogenated vegetable oils and vegetable shortening.
The health and nutrition values demand the consumption of saturated fats to stay active and healthy. The achievement of proper health nutrition by ignoring saturated fats is impossible. However, neglecting trans fats does not harm you since an average young girl or boy needs trans fats and fructose only about 15 grams per day. Nevertheless, these days’ individuals are consuming 75 grams of trans fats per day, increasing the rate of heart diseases.
