The link between All Saints Day and Halloween

News Worldwide – Although abolished as a church festival in 1770, The All Saints Day is observed and celebrated on 1st November followed by All Souls Day on 2nd November each year by Roman Catholics, the Orthodox, Anglicans, and Lutherans to honor all saints and martyrs for Jesus Christ at place of martyrdom. It is an occasion when memorial parks are jam-packed by people, offerings are made, people place flowers on the grave of their loved ones, and candles are lit on top of the graves.
It is a good practice to remember your saints as many people are remembered for their contributions to the country or society in general. Many non-Catholics from fundamental backgrounds are of the view that celebrating saints is sort of like worshiping them which has led them to believe that All Saints Day is Idolatry. Catholics refute their arguments as they believe that the highest form of veneration is due to blessings of Virgin Mary. According to Catholics worship is only for God and veneration is for his holy men and women who spent their entire life following teachings of Jesus Christ and died in grace.
What is All Saints Day?
In Western Christian theology, the All Saints Day venerates all saints who through unquestionable obedience to teachings of Jesus Christ have achieved a beatific vision in Heaven. This day is observed by Christians in many countries around the globe. Devotional observance of this occasion or vigil of this very old feast is popularly known today as Halloween.
Where did Halloween come from?
Attested in 16th century, the word “Halloween” is a Scottish modification of the All-Hallows-Evening, the night before All Hallows Day (mass-day of all saints). It is linked to Celtic festival of Samhain pronounced as Samuin which is derived from old Irish roughly meaning “Summer’s End”.
What is a Saint?
A Saint, in Roman Catholicism, is a person who lives his/her life according to the teachings of Jesus Christ. Catholics regard them as holy persons who have attained an eternal and direct spiritual connection with God.
What is the Origin of All Saints Day?
To be certain about its origin is a luxury we do not have. However, it is believed that this old feast arouse out of a traditional practice of Christians to celebrate the saints martyrdom on its respective anniversary. When martyrdoms increased during roman persecutions it became difficult to institute separate feast days to honor martyrdom of different martyrs. Therefore, local diocese instituted a common feast day to ensure proper glorification of all known and unknown martyrs.
In 373 Saint Ephraim the Syrian mentioned the observance of this common feast in Antioch. Pope Gregory III (731-741) instituted an annual celebration on November 1 to be observed as All Saints Day when he sanctified a chapel to all martyrs in St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome.
This celebration was restricted to the districts of Rome till Pope Gregory IV (827-844) extended it to the entire Church. The eve of the feast is known as Halloween, October 31st.

News Worldwide – Nancy Grace is no super model or reality show celebrity but she is a 51 years old woman who was dancing Live in a reality show while she had a wardrobe malfunction. This information is for those who do not know who is Nancy Grace.

Nancy Grace had a major wardrobe malfunction on the show, “Dancing with the stars” on Monday night. Nancy Grace would have made Casey Anthony laugh out loud after her nip slip on the show. Nancy Grace 51 was quoted saying, “The evil is dancing” during the sessions when Casey Anthony case was on trial in court. But it seems as Casey Anthony cursed her and the day Nancy chose to dance live, it turned evil as she had a major wardrobe malfunction and one can see her burring her face into the partners chest and then assuming as all is well.
Though, Nancy Grace fast wardrobe adjustment does show her sharp senses and skills to cover up all the blunders that are made in Live shows yet one cannot deny the fact that the blunder did happens.
During Casey Anthony trial in court we had been hearing Nancy Grace as the loudest voice against Casey Anthony as she believed Casey was the murderer of Caylee Anthony. Google was reported showing trends that people wanted to know what Nancy Grace has to say about Casey Anthony case after each trial. In other words, Nancy Grace turned voice of the people on this case. But on Monday night, it appears Casey Anthony was watching Nancy Grace on Dancing with the stars. And maybe she spoke her heart in silence and then had all the reason to laugh.

New Girl and 2 Broke Girls have a lot in common

News World Wide – It seems it is the year for girls. We just had the 2 Broke Girls premiere and now we are having the “New Girl”. Well, both the sitcoms have a lot in common. Beginning from the title of the sitcom, we have the word “Girl” in both of them and part from the title name being common, we are also having stories based on the girls taking the lead roles.
New Girl
Then, it is the plot of the stories. Both girls from “New Girl” and “2 Broke Girls” are looking for a home so jump into joint apartment. The lead characters of the sitcoms are somewhat funny. They have their own weird ways to communicate. So far so good. Let’s wait and
watch how the story does develop and which of the sitcoms get the lead.
Here is a plot summary for “New Girl”. Zooey Deschanel is starred as Jessica also called as Jess. She is a gorgeous lady from her late 20’s. The plot talks a bit about her surprise breakup who happens to be a model. But later, she finds a new home for herself with 3 single boys. The boys have their own reason and disagreements between them for her stay at their place but somehow they get convinced and she begin staying at their place.
2 Broke Girls
Nick, a bartender; Schmidt, a professional and modern-day casanova; and Coach, a former athlete turned trainer are the character of these guys. What actually convinces the guys to let Jessica stay is the fact that she has a model friend Cece. Once, the lot is there, this group of friends help Jess learn and understand love. The guys also try to help her understand life and herself.
On the other hand, 2 Broke Girls is a sitcom form New York City. The series is about the lives of two ladies – waitresses that happen to be in their 20s. Max (Kat Dennings) comes from a poor working-class family, and Caroline (Beth Behrs), was born rich but is now down on her luck.
Both the girls are working at a Brooklyn restaurant. They two become fast friends and shape their dream of one day opening a cupcake shop. They can hardly pay for anything with the wage they take at work.
So let’s wait and watch which one makes it to the top. Both the series have a lesson to serve and talk about day to day life.

Melissa Rivers Acknowledges Split from Her Boy Friend Jason Zimmerman

News Worldwide – Breakup are never a favorable thing in anyone’s life yet they occur and therefore it is often more than hard to talk about them.
Melissa Rivers said in an interview that she and Jason are no more together after 3 years living together. She acknowledges her split from her boyfriend Jason Zimmerman.

Stories and reports had it that Zimmerman, who was highly featured on Joan and Melissa: Joan Knows Best, had been engaged in some kind of bad behavior; an issue which will be discovered on the next season of her show—while Melissa was out of town taping promos.

Melissa Rivers say that she is trying to come over and think on whatever happened in the last few years and she hopes that media will give her space and will respect the privacy of her son. Pet parrots teaching language to wild Parrots

News World Wide – Some reports have appeared on social media today that suggest that a number of pet parrots escaped to the wild, where they have been teaching the wild parrots to talk. Though, the reports do not come from any authentic source, yet it is amazing and can be part of any future experiments. May be it can be form of bird’s evolution.

Back in Stone Age, human too evolved as a civilization after it begun to divide itself on the basis of language and colour. It was the use of language which made one superior on the other and in case of parrots, who knows tomorrow we come to know that they too have started to differentiate each other as superior or inferior on the basis of language.
Though, mankind has done and learned a lot about wild yet no in particular this form of theory has ever been part of any research before. A research study on evolution says “if parents are talkers and they produce chicks, their chicks are likely to pick up some of that.”
This portent is not exceptional; a number of lyrebirds in southern Australia yet replicate the resonances of axes and old shutter-box cameras their ancestors once learnt. While this does not range the astonishing equal of Washoe the chimpanzee teaching symbol language, it is still fascinating and suggestive of something out of an
Alfred Hitchcock movie. Moreover, there is also a history of pigeons sending messages and letters from one place to another in the history of sub-continent. So it does mean that birds do have extra ordinary capabilities.
So this concludes, if birds can learn a language they too can teach it. So better be careful next time while asking a parrot learns new word.
Interestingly enough I also came to see an advertisement where a man teaches a parrot say, “I love ….” And the parrot flies to the family and start saying it loud. Lol.. That guy has to pay afterwards.

News Worldwide — Recently, Jennifer Lopez and Bradley Cooper were seen together in New York Restaurant Per Se. Well, now that Jennifer Lopez is no more a wedded woman, one can think if both are dating? 
This news story is certainly going to help Bradley Cooper get some of the news fame for sure, even if they are not dating. As it is ad that every publicity is good publicity.
Bradley Cooper had a company with Olivia Wilde in May and later it was Charlize Theron, The Hangover 2 star hung with another popular dinner buddy this holiday.
Now that they both are spotted in a restaurant it is certain to think if they are dating. But if you ask Jennifer Lopez, she would say her meeting with Bradley was only a business deal. Jennifer Lopez recently finished her marriage with Marc Anthony.
So what do you think can Jennifer Lopez and Bradley Cooper be a good couple and were they actually dating or was it a general casual business meeting?
Jennifer Lopez being so hot all the time, it is difficult to judge from her dressing or conduct if she is being romantic or is it just her. So this time the situation is kind of tricky. But sooner or later the truth will be told anyway.

Elin Nordegren new boyfriend Jamie Dingman may break her heart again

News worldwide – Elin Nordegren at last had found her love of life after her break up with Tiger Woods. It was said that her life was back on track, where she wanted it to be.
But though Elin might have left Orlando and Tiger back in her stand to North Palm Beach, Florida, her supporters show concern that she is making all the errors again with new boyfriend Jamie Dingman.
Elin met Jamie Dingman, the American investment tycoon at a Red Cross fund-raiser ball last year.
Though Jamie’s friends label him as “handsome, a gentleman and low-key,” people near to Elin are concerned he’s as much of a player as Tiger, if not more so.
An insider said, Jamie “grew up incredibly privileged” and “is a total playboy, precisely the kind of guy a lot of people believe she should be staying away from.”
“I actually feel sorry for her,” another insider adds. “He has houses and girls all over the world.”
So what does Elin see in Jamie?
His wealth — but not for the usual reasons.
It is been assessed that in Elin’s divorce from Tiger she might have walked away with $100 million or more. Seeing wealthy men is a way for Elin to make sure any new boyfriend is extremely interested in her beyond her bank account.
But just because Jamie is not using Elin for her millions does not mean he is not using her.
Elin’s friends worry that Jamie, like Tiger, will never settle down and remain faithful.
“Jamie has never married or had kids for a good reason,” says the first insider.
One of Elin’s friends did come to her defense. “Elin’s not jumping into a commitment,” the insider explains. “She’s making him wait until she’s sure.”

Tyler, The Creator Steals Best New Artist at MTV Video Music Awards

News worldwide — Entertainment news has Tyler the creator. Tyler the Creator received the first award of the evening at MTV Music Awards 2011. Tyler appeared on the MTV Video Music Awards Pre-Show and had a few words for singer-songwriter Bruno Mars.
When Tyler came to know that he was at the bottom of MTV’s VMA tweet tracker, and then that Mars was overhead on the meter, the rapper established that he hated the singer’s music. When rapper felt that there were possibilities that Mars may win Video of the Year with “Grenade” over his video for “Yonkers,” Tyler said, “I might kill myself.”

Bora Bora Island: Kim Kardashian Lost her Diamond Ring

This time on Keeping up with the Kardahians it was a trip to Bora Bora Island. The family goes to the Bora Bora Island where the meet Kim Kardashian’s boyfriend Kris. 
The trip was plane by Bruce and it was to Bora Bora to celebrate his and Kris’s 20th anniversary.
Kourtney, Khloe and Rob are all a little disbelieving about Kim’s boyfriend Kris because they don’t know him very well for now.
Kris told her daughters that she is anxious to be seen in a bathing suit in front of them because she doesn’t think she has a nice body.
Kim is excited because her boy toy is coming along on the trip with her family. Khloe told Kourtney she was not going on the trip because Lamar was not able to go.
Kris went to see her plastic surgeon, but she did not have enough time to get anything done before they went on their trip.
They all finally arrived in Bora Bora and Kourtney was already annoyed by Kim’s boyfriend Kris.
Kim and Kris were messing around in the water when Kim’s expensive diamond earring went missing in the ocean. Kim started crying and Kris thought she was faking. Oh Goodness. That certainly does sound like a joke. How can someone be so careless? Is this what you wanted to say Kris?
