What can prevent which disease or disorder in day to day life!!!

News Worldwide – You would have come across many articles online that state, “recently a research has shown that …. may prevent ……..:. Every time these blanks are filled with different things and diseases names. Just a while back, I read news on BBC that said that “coffee may reduce depression”. So, I decided to make a list of all those ingredients that have been published as helping in preventing some disease. Here they are:

Chocolate: Chocolate is one of the most researched elements and each time we hear and read a news thing about chocolate which goes like this:

• Chocolate may help in preventing stroke. This research was based on the fact that those people who have been eating chocolate were 22 per cent less expected to have a stroke than those that did not.

• Dark Chocolate helps in maintain a healthy skin: This post was a bit shocking for many as it talks about something no one ever believed. According to prior believe many assumed that dark chocolate was reason for acne but this latest research said that it would keep your skin healthy and youthful. This research based its supporting argument on chocolate ingredients which are Cocoa Beans. These beans are the best source of antioxidants and cocoa butter is also extracted from the cocoa bean which is very healthy and advantageous for the skin. It works as a good and natural skin moisturizer.

• Eating chocolate during pregnancy may help prevent pre-eclampsia in infants: This research has based its argument on the fact that women that ate chocolate at least five times a week were 40 percent less probable to advance the condition than those that ate it less than once a week.

• Chocolate May help prevent headaches: The writer of this post based its argument on the fact that sometimes chocolate eating turns into an addiction and if you have this addiction, you will find that chocolate does help in preventing headaches.

• Chocolate may help prevent cancer: Another interesting article said that chocolate may even hep in preventing cancer. And this was not it; the writer even added that chocolate may even help in preventing depression and heart diseases. The argument used in this post was based on the chocolate ingredient that has antioxidants.

• Chocolate may help in preventing dental decay: This was a very interesting article which again goes against our common believes. The fact on which this research study was based was “polyphenols in chocolate turns off an enzyme responsible for converting sugar into polysaccharoses in the mouth. Polysaccharose is the binding agent that causes dental plaque to attach to the teeth.” So next time your kids will have all the reason to eat another chocolate.

Constipation: The second thing that I found on internet talking about preventing a disease though research study was
constipation. Following were things that may prevent constipation said research studies.
Water, exercise, proper meals, certain fruits like apple, folic acid, Aloe Vera juice, ginger tea, Yerba mate in tea and regular washroom routine.

Ginger: according to several research studies, ginger may help in preventing sea sickness or treating headaches, stomach disorders and coughs. Ginger is also said to help in preventing certain forms of cancer.

Preventing Aging: There are a number of reports and research papers available online that share how aging can be prevented or what may help in preventing aging? Some of them are ad follow:

• Antioxidants defend the body from the damaging implications of by-products thus help in preventing or slowing down the process of aging.

• Calorie Restriction, Intermittent Fasting, and Resveratrol are next that help in reducing ageing pace.

• Another article says Avocado is very high in vitamin E that is important for glowing skin and shining hair. It also keeps wrinkles off the face. While the same article has a list of other things that may also help in preventing aging such as berries that very rich in vitamin C and thus useful to the body. Green vegetables, ginger, nuts, yogurt, whole wheat pasta and brown, melons and last but not the least lots of water will help in preventing ageing.
